Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 7:10 p.m. at the Town Hall, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Site Plan Review Application for Lilly’s Restaurant, 5335 State Route 23, Windham, Tax Map ID #78.19-1-37. Proposing to build a new rear deck on back of restaurant 320 sq ft for outdoor dining. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
