Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for: Corcoran Subdivision, owner Brian & Janet Corcoran, Millrace Ave, Windham, NY, Tax Map #78.18-1-35. Subdivision of 2.32+/- acres into two lots. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
