Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for Proposed Lot 12C Brainard Ridge, J. Bunce Properties LLC, to subdivide a 0.58-acre parcel into 2 lots located at 127 Brainard Ridge Road, Windham, Tax Map #95.06-1-17.2. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
