Windham Fire District No. 1
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Windham Fire District No. 1 has adopted Resolution No. 08/11/26, authorizing the sale or other disposition of a 1998 Ford Tanker that is no longer necessary for the uses or purposes of the Fire District.
The resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum as provided for under the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
The resolution authorizes the Board of Fire Commissioners to determine the terms and conditions of the sale or disposition of the surplus fire apparatus.
