Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on a proposed modification of the previous site plan approval for Mike Bonfiglio/Windham Luxury Estates, Lot 5 Galway Road, Windham, Tax Map #79.00-8-5; limited solely to potential impacts to the view shed. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
